My philosophy is that that I believe that children, no matter their background or culture deserve to learn in an adaptive environment. That all children should not be singled out and deserve to learn the exact same way that every child learns. I strive to create an inclusive environment where diverse viewpoints and cultures are valued. I want to prioritize children's individual needs while also encouraging an  environment where they can take responsibility for their own learning.
